Ok, this is quite enough! 10 days off work, 10 days signed off of BOTH Ambulance Services, and 10 days of being unable to get comfortable in bed. I'd go back in to work if it wasn't for the fact that Mrs RRD has hidden my car keys! Also, because I can't stand for extended lengths of time without severe pain. Oh, I hate this!!
good for her, we need to stop you men doing yourselves more damage
ReplyDeleteStraight back at ya Doc!!
ReplyDeleteBored too, but hey, at least it's a chance to catch up with some movies, day time TV, reading etc etc!
Hey Mark! Have you noticed how many Medical Bloggers have been off work recently? TR, me, you... Makes you think, doesn't it? I have read about 4 books, watched all the episodes of Scrubs, and am left with Daytime TV!!! Aarrrgh!
ReplyDeletenot a blogger but off work and getting really rather bored, the medication must be having an effect on me ....
ReplyDeleteI'm off for a bit as well with a misses issue. It's cuz she's new to being a misses.
ReplyDeleteI'll get you a handover post before the deadline.
Oh, and I forgot to mention Trauma Queen, off with a dodgy shoulder. Dangerous stuff, this blogging!!
ReplyDeleteI'm off too.
ReplyDeleteBoredom is my nemesis. There's only so many times I can clean the house, and the majority of gardening is out because of my arm and shoulder. Knitting gets old because it's not challenging to me anymore, and daytime TV is NOT something I enjoy.
So, I've started painting again. I won't be featured in Saatchi and Saatchi anytime soon, but I do ok.
Y'all should try it. Really. Even if you're only throwing paint on paper ala Jackson Pollock, it's very theraputic.
Hope you feel better soon!
